THE COMPANY Hip Pop® has experienced remarkable year-on-year growth since launching in 2019 and we're based in the heart of Manchester city centre

Our products include multi-award-winning soda and kombucha and we're stocked in exciting places ranging from Sainsbury's, M&S, Waitrose & Booths to Harrods, Fortnum & Mason and even on the Manchester United first team bus

Some of our mentors and advisors who are here to support your growth include Juliet Barratt (Founder of Grenade), David Morris (Former Tesco CEO), Simon Atkinson (Former Pepsico Director) and one of the founding members of Innocent Drinks.

THE ROLE Ownership of the relationships with our trade partners' marketing teams.
Development and execution of standout promotional plans in partnership with our trade customers – out of home venues (cafes, hotels, offices, bars, restaurants), retailers and wholesalers.
Collaborating closely with the sales team to develop engaging trade activation plans.
Planning and executing brand partnerships in the trade environment.
Champion the voice of our consumers and customers by harvesting relevant insights through engagement with customers, shoppers and consumers.
Reporting on targets & objectives YOUR EXPERIENCE Great communication skills – written and verbal Organised detail-oriented, and passionate about building challenger brands Creative and keen to challenge the norms to build a brand through trade environment Analytical with problem solving mindset Team player able to establish effective working relationship with sales, marketing and operations An experience working in successful Sales or Marketing operations department Experience in working with trade partners – out of home, retail, wholesale Passionate about health & wellness WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
