You will be responsible for reviewing and updating Support Plans and delivering care which meets individual customer needs and desired outcomes.
You will support the planning and review of staff rotas to ensure that there is appropriate cover to provide the support required for our customers.
You will supervise a group of staff including provision of supportive direct observation.
