Job Description Peripatetic Home Manager - Oxfordshire40 hours per weekSalary: From £65,000 + Car allowance We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Peripatetic Manager to join our client's managerial team, supporting multiple care homes across the Oxfordshire area.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure exceptional care for residents in five nursing homes and two residential homes.
Your leadership will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to high-quality care and regulatory excellence.
Qualifications Nursing Qualification: Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin (RGN or RMN).
Experience: Proven track record as a Home Manager or Peripatetic Manager in a nursing or care environment.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication skills and a commitment to fostering positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities Leadership Support: Provide guidance and leadership to care home managers and their teams, fostering a supportive environment.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all homes meet regulatory standards and deliver outstanding care to residents.
Audits & Inspections: Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify improvement areas and implement effective solutions.
Training & Development: Design and implement training programs that support staff growth and continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
