This is an opportunity to join a people-first organisation in the digital training and tech enablement space, working with some of the UK’s most recognised brands.Why This Role Stands Out • Real autonomy over your day and your sales approach • No two days are the same — varied clients, conversations and challenges • Supportive team culture with strong L&D and development • A long-term career path rather than a short-term sales jobWhat You Will Be Doing • Managing a full 360 B2B sales cycle • Prospecting and re-engaging warm, cold and lapsed leads • Booking and delivering your own sales meetings over Teams/Zoom • Running consultative discovery calls to understand client needs • Growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling • Building and maintaining a strong, strategic pipeline • Working collaboratively with internal teams to support clientsWhat We’re Looking For • 3–5 years B2B sales experience (tech, training, software, recruitment or similar is advantageous but not essential • Proven experience running a full 360 sales cycle • Comfortable with outbound calling and structured outreach • Experienced in running virtual meetings and delivering presentations • Background in upselling, cross-selling or account management • Someone looking for a career, not a stopgap • A team player who enjoys being part of a collaborative culture (socials, charity days, team events)What You’ll Get • £45–50k OTE in year one • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Glasgow City Centre office • Flexible Working + early finish on Fridays (no weekends) • Extensive L&D and support from day one • Autonomy and trust to run your day your way • A supportive team with regular socials and quarterly eventsIf you're a driven B2B salesperson looking for a career, not just a job, autonomy, and you want to join a top brand who is only getting stronger, we’d love to hear from you.
