You'll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to make sure all remedial works and customer queries are handled promptly and professionally.Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming calls and log all customer issues accuratelyCoordinate materials, subcontractors, and schedules to complete maintenance requestsWork closely with the Customer Care Manager and wider team to monitor and resolve defectsMaintain and update all customer care logs and trackersProcess and check invoices before passing for paymentLiaise with the Buying team to order materialsEnsure defects are reported and followed up with subcontractorsArrange completion of end-of-defect works for Housing AssociationsWork with Site and Sales teams to support customers and resolve queriesOrganise appointments for suppliers, site teams, and contractorsEssential:Experience working within construction, new build housing, or housing associationsStrong administration experience in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyConfident liaising with internal and external teamsStrong organisational and IT skills (Microsoft OfficeYou'll be joining a company that genuinely invests in its people and is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive working environment.
