Customer Care Administrator Location: Hours: 37.5 hours (1 day working from home)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a stable, long-term permenent role within a friendly, experienced team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Customer Care Administrator , you'll be an essential part of the Customer Care team, ensuring that homeowners receive a seamless and efficient aftercare experience. You'll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to make sure all remedial works and customer queries are handled promptly and professionally.
Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and schedules to complete maintenance requests
Work closely with the Customer Care Manager and wider team to monitor and resolve defects
Maintain and update all customer care logs and trackers
Ensure defects are reported and followed up with subcontractors
Arrange completion of end-of-defect works for Housing Associations
Work with Site and Sales teams to support customers and resolve queries
Organise appointments for suppliers, site teams, and contractors
Experience working within construction, new build housing, or housing associations
Strong administration experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and IT skills (Microsoft Office
