As part of the team, you will be working with both high-profile brands as well as smaller advertisers. Clients can be local, regional, or global.ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage brand awareness-focused social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit via Sprinklr.Optimise campaigns and provide reporting on performance.Collaborate closely with internal and external team members as part of an embedded client team.About YouThe essentials:2+ years of experience in social media management, specifically in campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting on Meta or TikTok.Strong organisational skills.Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Attentive to detail. Ability to manage client relationships effectively.Experience working in a team environment, with a strong team-oriented approach Data analysis abilities (e.g. ability to organise performance data and translate this into clear, strategic narratives)Nice To HaveExperience in brand awareness-focused social media management on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or Reddit.Familiarity with using Sprinklr for social media management.Media performance reporting and analysis skills across multiple channels and objectives.Experience in managing client relationships in an embedded support role.At Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
