Highstreet Channel Manager – Health & Wellness DivisionAre you a commercially driven Highstreet specialist who thrives on turning opportunity into growth? It’s an opportunity to shape strategy, build relationships with the UK’s biggest Highstreet Stores, and make a visible impact in a fast-paced, agile environment where decisions are made quickly, and success is celebrated loudly.Location: Manchester / Subject to the person and experienceReports to: Divisional Lead (Health & Wellness)Accounts: Boots, Superdrug and Holland and BarrettYou’ll be responsible for managing and growing our Highstreet customer base, including Boots, Superdrug and Holland and Barrett. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic account management with a deep understanding of category, shopper behaviour, and brand performance.Working alongside the Divisional Lead and cross-functional teams, you’ll build strong relationships with buyers, develop tailored commercial plans, and drive distribution growth, promotional execution, and profitability across all Highstreet accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all Highstreet retail accounts (Boots, Superdrug, Holland and Barrett)Deliver annual sales, profit, and distribution growth targetsDevelop and execute customer-specific joint business plansIdentify distribution gaps and drive new listings across brands and formatsManage all promotional activity, ensuring strong ROI and complianceWork closely with marketing to align trade and consumer activation plansAnalyse EPOS data to identify opportunities and category insightsBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and supply chain contactsPresent NPD and innovation plans to customersCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting, pricing, and stock managementAbout YouProven experience managing Highstreet retail accounts (FMCG experience essential)Strong commercial and negotiation skillsAnalytical thinker with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with the ability to influence cross-functionallyResults-focused with a passion for building brands and growing distributionHighly organised and proactive — comfortable managing multiple prioritiesExperience in health, wellness, or functional nutrition categories preferredThis is an environment built on pace, autonomy, and ambition.
