**The Role**: The Channel Marketing Manager will report to Head of Channel Marketing. The role will require cross-functional stakeholder management and will be responsible for collaborating with world-class technology brands to build innovativemarketing campaigns to drive revenue.

The Channel Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales and commercial stakeholders in order to align marketing activities and business priorities.

**Responsibilities**?for the position of Channel Marketing Manager:

- Build customer-focused marketing campaigns that help drive leads into the business
- Manage the full life cycle of your marketing campaigns, from initial concept to delivery and reporting
- Negotiating incremental investment from brand partners and pitching marketing plans on a quarterly/bi-annual basis
- Management of large budgets across multiple brands, whilst being able to deliver against a GP target and marketing ROI metrics
- Ensuring the balanced delivery of campaign execution across multiple campaigns are running concurrently within your team
- Line management responsibilities, including the ability to identify and nurture the talent within your team
- Work closely with the commercial and sales teams to understand the business plan for the technology area, and create marketing campaigns that align with the strategy
- Consistently monitor and understand the customer/market trends so you can build marketing strategies and campaigns that are relevant in the marketplace

To be considered for the role of Channel Marketing Manager **you must have**:

- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing or related studies) or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years marketing experience
- Previous IT Channel marketing or agency experience would be advantageous
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign creation and delivery is essential
- Experience in managing marketing campaign budgets coupled with strong numeracy skills
- Previous line manager experience advantageous
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills, both internally and externally
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities, and sustain a high level of energy & concentration in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

**The Package for Channel Marketing Manager**:

- Salary: £35,000-£40,000
- 5k bonus

**Location**: The position of Channel Marketing Manager will need to commute to the Basingstoke office two days a week.
