You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, balancing growth ambitions with genuine customer advocacy.You’ll be confident in driving revenue expansion through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell strategies, while fostering strong customer relationships. If you’re adaptable, data-driven, and motivated to create scalable processes that deliver exceptional outcomes, this role is for you.Day to Day You Will:Lead and scale the Account Management function, driving ARR growth across the Eploy customer baseDevelop and execute strategic account plans that balance retention with expansion opportunitiesRecruit, coach, and inspire a team of Account Managers to deliver outstanding commercial resultsPartner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiencesMonitor performance metrics, forecast accurately, and maintain pipeline hygiene using Salesforce and ClariTravel to customer sites and team meetings as required – a valid UK driving licence is essentialYour Skills and Experience:Tenured experience leading Account Management or Customer Success teams in a SaaS environmentProven ability to deliver revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell strategiesStrong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-makingExcellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levelsFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICCWhat are we all about?The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
