**Account Manager**

**Role Requirements**
- Highly organised.
- Previous B2B Sales/Account management experience preferable.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Possess a positive and can-do attitude.
- Must not be afraid to pick up the phone and speak to clients.
- Must have strong sales mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and close deals.
- Live within commutable distance to Loughborough

**Role Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of own accounts and develop repeat business ensuring revenue is maximised
- To build and maintain close relationships with customers once they come on board via the sales process.
- To provide our customers with an industry leading level of service
- Maintain a customer database which is both accurate and up to date
- Assist with day to day incoming orders and enquiries
