Vertu Motors has expanded its East Midlands presence after completing an acquisition of two Toyota dealerships in Leicester and Loughborough from Farmer & Carlisle. We are now looking to develop and grow these businesses in what are two first class locationsthat serve the wider communities in Leicester and Loughborough. It is a very exciting time to join Vertu Motors and, in this case, the opportunity to represent the iconic Toyota brand which will see the arrival of twelve new exciting models over the next threeyears, all offering class leading environmental and technological advancement. We are confident we have the brand for the future and need talented colleagues to help deliver our ambitious vision. Due to growth, we are looking to recruit a Used Car Sales Managerat Vertu Toyota Loughborough. We are offering a basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £50,000 and an excellent range of Company benefits.
**About the Role**
Our Sales Managers lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Executives. You will offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. You will serve andsupport your team to sell used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and GAP insurance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetrationensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.
