You’ll create compelling content, manage media relations, and support a wide range of campaigns and events that build connection and engagement across our 15,000 colleagues and 900+ sites.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and deliver communication plans across diverse business areasCreate engaging content for intranet, newsletters, social media, press releases, and moreCollaborate with teams to shape our communications calendarManage media enquiries and liaise with agencies and stakeholdersProvide expert communication advice and supportAnalyse campaign performance and drive continuous improvementSupport internal and external events, including live online sessionsOversee multimedia content creation, including briefing photographers and videographersEssentialWhat You’ll BringDegree or equivalent experience in communicationsProven experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environmentStrong project and campaign management skillsExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilitiesSkilled in multi-channel communications and media handlingAnalytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvementProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and basic photo/video editingDesirable5+ years in communications or PRExperience in veterinary, healthcare, retail, or similar sectorsFamiliarity with intranet platforms, monday.com, and email toolsWhat We OfferAt IVC Evidensia we recognise that our people are fundamental to the success of our business.
