You’ll create compelling content, manage media relations, and support a wide range of campaigns and events that build connection and engagement across our 15,000 colleagues and 900+ sites.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and deliver communication plans across diverse business areas Create engaging content for intranet, newsletters, social media, press releases, and more Collaborate with teams to shape our communications calendar Manage media enquiries and liaise with agencies and stakeholders Provide expert communication advice and support Analyse campaign performance and drive continuous improvement Support internal and external events, including live online sessions Oversee multimedia content creation, including briefing photographers and videographers EssentialWhat You’ll BringDegree or equivalent experience in communications Proven experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment Strong project and campaign management skills Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities Skilled in multi-channel communications and media handling Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and basic photo/video editing Desirable5+ years in communications or PR Experience in veterinary, healthcare, retail, or similar sectors Familiarity with intranet platforms, monday.com, and email tools What We OfferAt IVC Evidensia we recognise that our people are fundamental to the success of our business.
