We deliver cutting-edge telecommunications, SISS (Station Information and Surveillance Systems), and critical infrastructure solutions that keep Britain's railways connected and safe.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to take responsibility for a SISS Maintenance Contract for a well-known client – one of our key operational frameworks supporting safety-critical systems across the rail network.
The Role
The Contracts Manager will oversee the delivery, performance, and commercial management of the Contract. You'll be the key point of contact for both Gee Communications and the client, ensuring that all contractual, financial, and operational obligations are met efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day contract performance, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
- Maintain strong relationships with client representatives and key stakeholders.
- Oversee planning, delivery, and reporting of SISS maintenance and project activities.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual terms, H&S standards, and Network Rail / Client requirements.
- Review and present commercial documentation prepared by the Commercial Manager including variations, quotations, and reports.
- Track budgets, costs, and revenue performance in line with company objectives.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contract growth.
About You
We're looking for a proactive Contracts Manager with experience of delivering large contracts.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience (preferably rail-related though not essential).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
