Responsibilities:

  • Administration of company policies and procedures
  • Assisting in all aspects of recruitment for permanent and agency workers
  • Support the administration of agency workers
  • Providing support to ensure compliance with HR legal requirements and best practice
  • Regularly monitor the completion of probation reviews
  • Carry out general administration duties i.e letters, reports, filing
  • Assisting the HR Manager on Training and development programmes
  • HR research – Salary surveys, New legislation, Employee Engagement
  • Organising employment references


Requirements and skills:


  • Minimum 2 years experience working in busy office, ideally within manufacturing
  • Experience working in a HR office is desirable
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills at intermediate or above
  • Familiar with HR systems
  • Strong administration skills
  • A high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The flexibility and willingness to learn
