Job Description

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.


Responsibilities


  • Work with senior management to establish KPIs and targets for the commercial team
  • Tracking current and forecasted commercial revenue monthly.
  • Establish consistent reporting for the teams.
  • Pricing analysis. Head up a pricing recommendation and approval process.
  • ROI for the 3 products.
  • Creating intelligent New Business point of sale materials.
  • Support the underwriting team with customer proposals.
  • Commercial support locally for Finance budgeting and re- forecasting cycle.
  • Support MD with Integration tasks over the next 12 months.
  • Support building the 3-year commercial plan.
  • Support a data driven pipeline development approach.
  • Help reorganise the SharePoint to provide relevant data.


Qualifications


  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
