Our client is a high-growth global software company which is strongly positioned for exciting expansion. As part of its plans, we are now recruiting a VP Sales to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the OEM business.The role will build and lead an OEM team from the ground up, whilst also scaling the product offering to meet the specific needs of OEMs.Implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the OEM segment.Identify market opportunities, target account lists, and establish relationships with OEMs.Hire, lead, and mentor a world-class sales team dedicated to the OEM market.Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, ensuring revenue growth and market penetration.Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted messaging, content, and campaigns that resonate with the OEM audience.You must have a strong track record in building OEM business in a high-growth software organisation, ideally with experience in the Manufacturing and/or related sectors.Requirements:Proven experience in sales leadership roles in the OEM and Manufacturing software space.Track record of building and scaling sales teams.Ability to define and execute a successful go-to-market strategy in a new segment.Passion for building and growing a business.Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.This is a key role at the start of an exciting phase for an already successful software company which is on a significant growth path.
