Sales Account Executive

Working with the Head of Key Accounts, your main responsibility is to increase company revenue and profitability by support the operations team through growing the regional customer base in the London area.
Work in a field based role identifying new and growing existing accounts as well as delivering new regional main contractors and regional developers using market intelligence
Undertake root cause analysis of customer issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to prevent future issues Be proactive in working with the Bid team on Bids, Tenders and PQQ’s
Work with the operations, finance and asset teams to ensure the service offering is delivered to national customers in line with agreed SLA’s
Actively work with the wider Sales Teams to share leads and opportunities
Take a proactive approach to growing existing accounts within your portfolio ensuring all major regional customers are included in portfolio.
Deliver high level of customer care in line with customer SLA’s
Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date with activity at all times
Thorough review and utilisation of the monthly sales KPI report, track performance of accounts and map future growth opportunities
Assist the Head of Key Accounts in building a respectful ‘one team’ culture across the sales and operations teams Promote change positively and assist in embedding new concepts
Ability to secure and grow new business with spending accounts
Valid driving licence
