As our next Category Manager, you will be an insightful thought leader, with a real passion for building relationships and influencing decisions through data. You will love a challenge and will enjoy working within a fast-paced environment where you will be the key link between the commercial team within Hovis and the retailers. You will be truly dedicated with an excitement for rolling your sleeves up, understanding the operation, building key relationships internally and externally and establishing trust as you go.


As our next Category Manager, you will be data driven with a real passion for what you do. Working alongside a committed team, you will be responsible for turning data into insights to deliver best in class solutions for both Hovis and the retailers leading to actionable results.


This role is about being part of a business with a strong culture and a real sense of togetherness. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will have a mindset for delivery and achieving the best possible outcome for all.


The Key Requirements…


  • Experience working with data
  • Fact based selling experience
  • Strong and demonstrable presentation skills
  • Great interpersonal and relationship building skills
