What the Team Coordinator role will look like:
- You will be working within the central business services teams and supporting them where needed
- Creating PowerPoint presentations for meetings, interviews and seminars
- Checking the wider team's documents to ensure they follow brand guidelines and are grammatically correct
- Working alongside the Welcome Coordinators for new starters, ensuring their induction and equipment is set up for their first day
- Arranging, attending, taking minutes, and creating follow up action points for internal and client meetings
- Other general admin and office support duties; coordinating business travel arrangements, H&S, learning and development training, project office checks, and any other ad hoc needs
What you need to be a Team Coordinator:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in an administrative/coordinator position
- Strong written skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience using spreadsheets and databases
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to maintain systems
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (desirable)

- A good confident personality, where you are not afraid to ask questions and push back where needed
