Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in project coordination and administration? Join our team as a Project Coordinator, working closely with the Senior Project Coordinator, Project Manager (PM), and Operations Administration Manager. This role is crucial in planning and delivering projects successfully while adhering to company processes and procedures. Reporting to the EMEA Operations Administration Manager, you'll be a key player in our projects team, contributing to the delivery of successful projects and services.
**Primary Role**:
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the team in completing their duties in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner. This role demands initiative, autonomy, teamwork, and attention to detail. Flexibility is essential to adapt to changes within the company and fluctuations within the operations administration team's workload. Your responsibilities will include coordinating, planning, and managing the procurement process to successfully deliver small to major projects.
**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities include:
- Costing, procuring, and accurately planning the delivery of project bill of materials.
- Assisting operations in organizing and budgeting resources to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Building, understanding, and monitoring project progress.
- Creating and monitoring project cash flow, ensuring positive cash flow, and reporting to the finance team.
- Understanding and adhering to project budgets.
- Proactively liaising and negotiating with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, building lasting relationships for the business's pricing and service needs.
- Collaborating on client/subcontractor onboarding.
- Liaising with the finance team and credit control.
- Monitoring and reporting potential project risks.
- Assisting operations in understanding and researching required training standards in accordance with country compliance.
- Attending and participating in internal and external meetings.
- Assisting with annual stock take.
**Skills/Experience Required**:
- Experience in office administration, project administration, project coordination, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Interest in professional development.
- Clean driving license (advantageous).
- Current passport holder (essential).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
