Pay rate - up to £25,000
9 month fixed term contract
Search Consultancy are currently working with one of the UK's Planning Institutes to recruit a Planning Coordinator. This role is a 9 month fixed term contract, based in Edinburgh with hybrid working opportunities
Duties involved in this role will include:

- Providing full comprehensive administrative support while ensuring procedure has been adhered to
- Support in the creation of project plans and documents, updating and maintaining these plans and documents when needed
- Provide support in the preparation of reports, presentations and project updates for key stakeholders, colleagues and other relevant bodies
- Provide note taking support for the Policy Manager in any meetings or presentations
- Adhere to strict data protection and GDPR laws
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

- Prior administration and coordination experience
- Excellent IT skills, notably with Microsoft Office packages
- Highly organised with good attention to detail and an ability to prioritise
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong grasp of written/spoken English
