Job Summary

Savills is seeking a skilled Major Projects Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Major Projects Scotland Team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of infrastructure and utilities land consents projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project coordination, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects across sectors. You will work closely with our clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration, and assist in developing and implementing land strategies for projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of infrastructure and utilities land consents projects
  • Assist in developing and implementing land strategies for projects
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Support team members in their roles and responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Experience in project coordination and team support
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary integrated delivery team
  • Relevant qualification (RICS, APM, etc.)
