Job Description:

  • \
  • Coordinate daily tasks and activities for the electrical team to ensure smooth project execution.\
  • Work closely with the electrical supervisor to plan and schedule tasks, ensuring optimal resource allocation.\
  • Maintain accurate records and documents related to electrical projects, including progress reports and safety logs.\
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors to facilitate collaboration and resolve any issues that may arise.\
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.\
  • Participate in regular meetings with the electrical supervisor to discuss project progress, address challenges, and set goals for improvement.\
  • Help identify and recommend cost-saving measures and process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the electrical team.\\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an electrical team or similar role.\
  • Good knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance.\
  • Basic leadership and team coordination skills.\
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.\
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.\
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.\\
