Quality Manager

Quality Manager - Civil Engineering (Rail beneficial) - Hybrid (1-2 days WFH), London, salary to £65,000 (DOE)

My client urgently requires a Quality Manager to work on the Southern Renewals Enterprise project consisting of multiple individual building & civil engineering schemes across Network Rail's Southern Route. This is a role that would suit a current Quality Manager or a Quality Engineer looking to move into the next stage of their career

As the Quality Manager you will manage activities related to the implementation and development of the Quality Management System. Ideally, you have some or all of the following:- Associate member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), Internal Auditor (ISO 9001:2008) accreditation with experience of 1st, 2nd, 3rd party audits, a Diploma in Quality Management and ideally educated in a Construction/Civil engineering discipline eg Building/Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineer, or equivalent. Demonstrable site-based civils/rail experience is preferred and experience across a range of construction disciplines would be beneficial.

You will have good presentation, written, analytical and IT skills, training and presentation experience throughout all levels of an organisation, preferably trained to 'Train the Trainer' level and with the ability to train at all levels.
