Position Overview
The AdOps Manager will play a key role in optimizing and delivering digital advertising campaigns across CTV, Broadcast, and DOOH platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience who is well-versed in managing end-to-end ad operations, troubleshooting campaign issues, and ensuring campaigns meet performance goals. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an AdOps role, ideally within the Broadcast or CTV space, and a strong understanding of ad tech systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Oversee the setup, trafficking, and optimization of ad campaigns across CTV, Broadcast, and DOOH platforms, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve ad-serving issues and technical glitches quickly to minimize downtime and maximize ad performance.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with sales, account management, creative, and product teams to streamline ad operations processes and ensure campaign requirements are met.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, producing insightful reports to inform clients and internal stakeholders on key performance indicators and optimizations.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of campaign management, including tracking, testing, and validation of ads to meet client expectations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, staying updated on industry best practices and technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years in an AdOps position, ideally with experience in Broadcast or CTV environments. DOOH experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ad-serving platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, The Trade Desk) and experience in campaign trafficking and troubleshooting.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in data analysis, with the ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy in ad operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate with various teams and clients effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with a strategic mindset for optimizing processes and improving campaign results.
