Lead Application Developer | up to £90,000 | Hybrid, Sunderland
Pearson Carter are currently working with an extremely modern and innovative company within the construction industry. They are focused on refurbishment and regeneration projects and doing it in a more eco-friendly way This company now have huge investment coming into the software teams and have several upcoming internal projects in which they need a Lead Application Developer who has strong skills in Flutter and other Development technologies.

Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications using Flutter and other mobile technologies (Swift, Kotlin, React Native).
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, with a focus on performance and scalability.
Oversee the development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Work as a Sole Developer for the time being and in the future help bring in your own team of Application Developers
Collaborate with other development teams, product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Experience with native mobile development (Swift for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android)
Strong knowledge of mobile testing frameworks and debugging tools.
Hybrid work in Sunderland, 2x per week with the option of flexible hours when required.
