Residential Development Head

We are currently recruiting for a Residential Development Head to oversee the construction of new residential developments in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the construction site, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Main Tasks:- Develop and implement construction schedules and budgets.
- Cooperate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality projects.
For this position, you must have extensive experience in construction management, including experience in leading large-scale projects. You should also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
This is a full-time permanent position, offering a competitive annual salary of £80,000 - £100,000, depending on experience. We encourage applications from highly motivated and experienced construction professionals who can contribute to our company's success.
