Job Description

Cellnutrition is seeking an exceptional Web Developer to join our team.


The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web development technologies and a passion for creating user-friendly, visually appealing, and efficient websites. The job involves using creativity, design skills, and technical knowledge for the development of new websites and maintenance of our current wordpress ecommerce websites. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness across various devices. Knowledge of Elementor and WP Bakery page builders would be beneficial to help the candidate hit the ground running with our current websites.

Across the three brands we need different types of websites, including ecommerce based, education and corporate sites all with their unique challenges. Intergration with CRM systems, email journeys and worldwide distribution centers using APIs and Webhooks to enrich our customer’s online experience.



Responsibilities:

  • Writing efficient code using best practice for software development
  • Creating websites using different languages such as HTML, CSS and javascript
  • Working with Designers to create a website that matches the visual design intent
  • Communicating with the team – Project Manager, Copywriters and Designers to gather and refine requirements and specifications for content development within agreed-upon timelines
  • Creating and maintaining the documentation for software used
  • Improving and enhancing websites after they have been created
  • Developing contingency plans in the event of websites going down
  • Maintaining current website on the wordpress platforms built with Elementor and WP Bakery page builders
  • Setting up of customer purchase journey, using automated emails.
  • Intergration of possible pick pack and ship systems for distribution across various parts of the world.
  • Setting up of payment gateways and integrations with various payment options



Requirements:

  • 1 year+ proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Degree in web design/computer science (we may get more coders again if we mention this) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of developing, updating, repairing and modifying websites is desirable.
  • Proficiency in HTML and Java.
  • Experience with UI design principles and best practices for responsive design.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of building and maintaining multi-currency and multi-language sites would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools and techniques is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and expand skill set.
