The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for working with SEMH children, excelling at creating strong, supportive relationships that encourage these students to thrive and reach their full potential. They should be adept at fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment, as well as collaborating effectively with colleagues as part of a committed team.
