- Formulating and executing the short, medium and long term residential sales strategy
- Working towards dominating market share of second-hand sales across Greenwich Peninsula and maximising revenue through business volumes and fee levels
- Working with the marketing team to drive the number of valuations through increase promotion of the residential sales business
- Managing expectations of both buyers and sellers - negotiating in the best interests of the client (seller)
- Liaising closely with Greenwich Peninsula Lettings in referring and receiving new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage brokers through expert communication and quality service
- Training, mentoring and appraising the sales team to ensure best in class service and performance
- Keeping abreast of and ensuring team compliance with all legal requirements for residential sales
- Ensuring correct live sales data is maintained across all systems including SalesForce
- Delivering on targets and contributing to the success of the sales team overall
You'll impress us by having...
- 2+ years' experience in estate agency sales management
- 6+ years' estate agency experience
- Experience working with both UK and international clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Experience with property portals including Rightmove and Zoopla. Familiarity with SalesForce is a plus
- A track record of hitting targets and driving business growth, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
