The Brief:
Title: Account Executive
Location: Central London, 2/3 days in office
Salary & Package: Up to £100,000 base + Double OTE
Summary:
- 360 Enterprise AE role (100% leads inbound)
- Land and expand model
- Enterprise: 1000 employees +
- AOV: 82k, Sales Cycle: 180 days
- Target: 1million (fully ramped)
- Selling into: All - Deskless workforce largest vertical
- Clients Include: Tesco, Coca-Cola, Gap, Marriott, Siemens
- Tech: Gong, Momentum, Salesforce, Apollo, Uhubs
Experience Required (Must Haves):
- 2+ years in Enterprise with additional AE closing experience
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in an outbound focused closing role
- Experience selling to Csuite (multithreading, complex deals)
- Start up mentality, strong commercial acumen, technical understanding
- Ideally sold a complex product previously
- MEDDPIC
