The primary role of a Project Manager is to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within the budget and according to H&S and the client’s requirements.Main Responsibilities: Meeting with management and clients to identify project requirements and provide project updatesSupervise sites and co-ordinate activities under CDM regulationsCompiling and submitting project status reports - Inc; Progress, delays, Health & Safety, requests for informationPromote Ventro to identify future opportunities of new worksConduct door quality inspections with the use of audit sheetsCarry out firestopping QS measurement checksManaging materials on site and stock levelsMonitoring project performance to ensure timely deliveryManaging sub contract teamsBuilding control liaisonManaging 3-5 live projects at a timeSite Health and Safety - Inc; Rams, Toolbox Talks, site signage, understanding of asbestos registers, safe working practices, reporting near misses and accidents, raising F10Requirements: CSCS (Or Equivalent)SMSTS (Or Equivalent)Emergency First Aid at Work (3 Day Course preferred)Fire MarshallFire compliance industry experience, ie Fire door installation or fire compartmentationComputer literate (Excel, Word, Project) with access to a smartphone for HILTI uploads and monitoringMust be eligible to live and work in the UKFIRAS/BMTRADA (Doors and/or Fire Stopping)Excellent communication skillsPrince/NVQ L6 (or equivalent) in construction managementPreferred 3 years’ experience in a project management roleExperience in fire stopping/fire doors/social housing/interior fit outIf you would like any further information prior to applying please get in touch with Meadow.Ventro Ltd values diversity and promotes equality.
