Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at DPS Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with DPS Group procedures and legal obligations.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements:

  • Electrical Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Control Systems Engineer, or Mechatronics degree qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering EC&I projects.
  • Experience in managing project teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
