Role Overview


The Sales Support role supports National Account Manager (NAMs) and the Business Development Manager by providing top-tier service for a wide range of clients. This position is ideal for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide comprehensive support to NAMs, supporting with client communication, invoicing, and resolving issues.
  • Oversee sample requests, managing the process for new and potential client inquiries
  • Engage potential new clients to support business growth.
  • Manage day-to-day customer service activities, including phone and email support, for an extensive telephone customer base.
  • Upsell products to existing and new customers


Ideal Candidate


  • Experience in sales administration, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with stock management and customer-facing roles.
  • Background in FMCG is a plus, though not essential.
  • Friendly, open-minded, and empathetic personality to support a strong team culture.
