**Service Administrator - The Role**
Reporting directly to the Service Controllers, the Service Administrator role is a proactive and important role within the Glosrose Service Team with responsibility for all related enquiries. You will be responsible for all administrative and other tasks to ensure smooth running of the department, showing a high level of customer service skills. You must carry out your daily tasks ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, responding positively to the requests of the Service Controllers and working effectively as a member of the team. Your overall objective will be helping to achieve and ideally exceed the business plan of the department.
As Service Administrator, you must demonstrate the ability to:
- Communicate with customers by telephone and electronically whilst building rapport.
- Answering calls for the Service Department, take messages, transfer accordingly, or open jobs if required.
- Have a good understanding of both the customer's needs and requirements.
- Communicate with Service Engineers efficiently, both face to face and via telephone.
- Liaise with other Glosrose departments to assist with customer, engineer and sales requirements.
- Other ad hoc duties will be required.

- Van servicing/repairs/MOT’s
- Customer weekly work reports
- Customer feedback forms
- Booking site visits for mobile engineers
