tml Partners are delighted to have partnered with a global leader and fast growing fintech unicorn specialising in B2B payments. Recognised as a top 10 UK fintech firm, this business has a global presence with customers in over 50 countries worldwide. As the business continues to diversify, they are investing heavily in their product marketing function which sits at the heart of the company’s marketing ecosystem.


We are pleased to be supporting them in their search for a Product Marketing Manager. This role will report into the Product Marketing Director and will be responsible for owning and executing 360 product marketing campaigns and messaging for some of companies core products.


Given the fast-paced nature of the business, you will be able to work independently and run things on your own, but also be a team player. Working closely with commercial and product functions, you will be able to:


  • Develop messaging (message housing & Frameworks) and propositions
  • Assess market trends & carry out competitor analysis
  • Understand merchant requirements and be able to convert complex product information into marketing content for customer audience groups
  • Own and execute GTM campaigns
  • Lead sales-enablement programmes


You will play a key role in enhancing messaging and product communications. Specifically tailored to the relevant markets and target demographics, you will ensure the right assets are being created that engage customers and enable the business to achieve market share and success.

To excel in this role, prior experience working in a product marketing within Payments or affiliated B2B fintech or tech industries is essential. You will require excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to work cross-functionally and have a passion for fostering innovation and delivering dynamic and impactful change.
