**The Role
**In this role you’ll..**
- ** Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success**:Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective lead generation and nurturing, and partner with customer success to develop strategies and content for retaining valued customers.
- ** Cross-functional collaboration**: Engage with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals in a collaborative environment.

- Communication & Collaboration Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persuasive content.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative Thinking: Innovative and creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for engaging and retaining customers.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a strong understanding of customer needs and how to address them through targeted marketing strategies.

**Salary**:Base Salary Range £30,000 - 32,000K_ (*Based on experience and performance at hiring stage)_
