Please note a Full UK driving licence is desirable for this role.We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing essential support to young people aged 16 to 18 in supported accommodation. This role involves working shifts from 8 AM to 10 PM plus sleep ins, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young individuals.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide daily support and guidance to young residents, fostering a positive and safe living environment.
  • Engage in effective communication to build trust and rapport, enabling residents to express their needs and aspirations.
  • Handle challenging situations with patience and resilience, ensuring the well-being of all individuals in your care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records, documenting interactions and progress to support safeguarding and effective service delivery.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, fostering an open dialogue with young people.
