About the Role

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £39,900 per annum, as well as reimbursement for NMC registration fees. Our company contributory pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement ensure that you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

Your Responsibilities
  • Patient Care & Safety: Ensure the care, welfare, and safety of all patients are upheld to the highest standards.
  • Assessment & Care Planning: Conduct thorough physical and psychological assessments of new patients and create tailored care plans to meet individual needs.
  • Daily Care Plan Updates: Regularly update care plans, ensuring they reflect the evolving needs of each patient.
  • Staff Performance & Rotas: Monitor and support care staff performance, and ensure efficient staffing rotas are in place to meet the needs of the service.
Requirements
  • A Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN) and a valid UK NMC Pin.
  • A clear DBS check.
  • Experience in developing care plans, conducting assessments, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
