Portfolio Manager - Systematic Futures

The Opportunity:


This role presents an extraordinary opportunity for a visionary leader with an impressive background in futures trading across various predictive horizons, from minutes to days. The selected candidate will have the unique privilege of establishing and leading a newly formed group, setting its strategic direction, and pioneering innovative monetization strategies in global exchange-traded markets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Construct and manage a futures portfolio, focusing on monetizing diverse trading signals.


  • Exchange Microstructure Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of CME, Nasdaq, and Eurex to refine trading strategies.


  • Innovation and Collaboration: Lead a team to create new revenue models, integrating the latest research with the firm’s trading frameworks.


Requirements:


  • Leadership experience at a top-tier quantitative investment firm, focusing on short to medium-term trading signals in listed futures.


  • Expertise in CME, ICE, and Eurex microstructures and a proven track record in strategy development.


  • Proven ability to initiate and drive strategic innovations that have delivered outsized impact to the firms PnL, market structure, or product universe


  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to recruit, inspire, and lead a team.
