We’re looking for a driven and ambitious National Account Executive  to manage and grow new and existing key retail and supplier accounts  at The Black Farmer . This is an exciting role for someone eager to advance their career in account management, offering ample opportunities for growth and hands-on responsibility.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with retailers and suppliers through effective communication, both in-person and remotely.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies and promotional plans across retail accounts.
  • Manage trade marketing activities to enhance brand presence and boost sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new suppliers and retailers to ensure smooth integration into existing account processes.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in FMCG, ideally in account management or sales.
  • Enthusiastic, target-driven, and proactive, with a desire to deliver results.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable, with the ability to juggle shifting priorities and think on your feet.
  • Data-savvy and comfortable using insights to drive decisions (experience with retailer reporting tools is a bonus).
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
  • Previous experience with major grocery retailers is beneficial but not essential
