Customer Service Manager

You will keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet customer expectations.You will be:Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growthTake ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolutionDevelop/maintain procedures, policies and standards and ensure these are being always followed.Ensure that the logs are maintained in accordance with established processesParticipating in weekly production meetings and bi-weekly improvement meetingsOffering support as needed with inquiries from prospective customersOverseeing QBRs for select customersQuote sign offMargin monitoring You must have:Background in Customer Service or Customer Service management roles (Account management or BDM would be considered if you have the right industry background)Electronics experience (distribution or manufacturing)Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with strong prioritisation abilities.Adaptable, perform effectively under pressure, while always maintaining a customer-focused approach. The ability to self-motivateThere will be limited travel to customers, therefore you will need to have a clean driving license.
