As the Senior Business Development Manager for Game Publishing at Level Infinite, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, negotiating and managing external brand partners for multiple titles across global platforms, including PC, consoles, and mobile.

Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Having a deep understanding of our Level Infinite titles, each title's audience needs and the role of partnerships in driving success over the short, medium and long term.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Utilising your established network of partner contacts to source (including external brand pitching) and negotiate innovative partnership and licensing opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (including Marketing, PR, Live Operations, Production, Platform and Legal) and business units.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of partnership and licensing campaigns.
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics against pre-defined KPIs to evaluate and show partnership success
  • Represent Tencent Games at industry events and conferences


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • 5+ years previous experience designing and executing partnership programmes on a country, region or global basis.
  • Proven experience of working with high-performing international teams.
  • Passionate, committed, self-starter with high levels of initiative, energy and ownership.
  • A proactive and approachable personality that thrives in a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent relationship builder who can forge trusting relationships through active listening and by consistently delivering on partner commitments.
  • Demonstrable experience in self-prioritisation of work.
  • Personal passion for video games and digital entertainment.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel as required.


Additional desirable skills & experience

  • Fluency in an additional European language is a plus.
