Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a local authority in London for a Transformation lead to join the team on a temporary basis. The Transformation Lead is responsible for leading and delivering the council's transformation agenda, a programme of organisational transformation to deliver the council's agreed future operating model and medium-term financial savings.
The role includes the design, development and delivery of change programmes, engagement with service led transformational change, commissioning and oversight of suppliers to support complex change and transformation initiatives. The span of the role encompasses the whole council and interface with external partners where transformation is system wide.
Relevant Management Qualification required with education to degree level as a minimum.
Experience of design of whole organisation transformation programmes including delivery of business change programmes.
Experience of delivering agreed operating models and medium-term financial savings.
Experience of leading and delivering large-scale transformation.
