Job DescriptionPAYMENT STRATEGY MANAGER £70,000 GREATER MANCHESTER THE COMPANYThis company is a small and close-knit financial services business who have a number of exciting projects planned. This role is a great opportunity to own their payment strategy and this side of the business, managing one analyst within a larger team. THE ROLE Identify and implement commercial payment initiatives to enhance customer experience, increase revenue, and reduce costs.Lead the monthly payments forum, providing updates on performance, risks, and initiatives.Manage relationships with payment service providers, optimising rates whilst maintaining high service standards Work across scheme rules and compliance across the business Collaboration with other departments including Finance to ensure accurate reconciliation of payments and refundsYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Essential to have experience in the payments space, within ecommerce, banking or a payments provider Good understanding of payments processing from Direct Debits, BACS, Cards, Mobile Wallets, Faster Payments etcGood understanding of payment regulations and scheme rules including PCI, PSD2 etc Prior management/coaching experience SALARY AND BENEFITSUp to £70,000 base salaryDiscretionary bonusCompany pension scheme Private medical care HOW TO APPLYPlease register your interest by sending your CV to Rosie Walsh through the ‘Apply’ link
