About the Role


We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our office in Eastbourne. In this role, you will play an important part in our growth by building relationships with current customers, as well as identifying and generating new leads.

You’ll be responsible for promoting our high-quality products and sustainable supply chain solutions, working closely with other team members and reporting to the Sales Director. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their sales career to build strong foundations, working with some of the biggest names in the business. Full product training will be provided to help you succeed.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct sales, provide quotations, and negotiate deals, primarily over the phone.
  • Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales leads and customer interactions.
  • Inform customers about the benefits of our products, emphasising both financial and sustainability advantages.
  • Prepare and send quotations via email and post.
  • Focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal Sales Team and other departments.

What We’re Looking For:


  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience - if you’re passionate about sales and eager to learn, we want to hear from you
  • Confident on the phone, with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent written skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Familiar with MS Office programmes and general IT tasks.
  • A team player who thrives in a busy office environment.
  • Ideally, you live within 10 miles of Eastbourne (this is an office-based role due to the training and team collaboration required).
