Contract Manager  (12 month FTC)- Landscaping – Up to £55,000 + Company Car & Bonus

Situation:

Ford & Stanley are delighted to be partnered with a company specialising in external maintenance and environmental services across the UK on their search for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee key contracts across the Cardiff region.

Established in 1973, our client has seen rapid growth since the takeover in 2004, seeing annual turnover growth from £8 million to £200 million in 2023.

Responsibilities include:

Managing multiple Site Supervisors and sites to exceed client and internal KPIs
Assist with the planning, safety, and quality of the works carried out
Survey sites to evaluate work required and ensuring adequate resourcing to deliver
 Essential Criteria To Secure An Interview:

Previous experience in the rail industry
Solid commercial acumen with experience of managing NEC contracts
Solid commercial acumen with experience of managing NEC contracts
SMSTS, CSCS card and/or NEBOSH
Salary & Package:

Up to £55,000 + Company car & discretionary bonus
Hybrid working role (if applicable)
Extensive benefit package
Monday – Friday working hours (flexibility) – 40 hours per week.
