About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Involve Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractual agreements and ensuring the successful execution of contracts for our client, a construction fit-out specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple site contracts simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Manage contract renewals and extensions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
- Provide guidance on contract matters to internal teams

What You Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience working in a construction project manager or contracts manager role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Previous experience in contract management is desirable

Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 per annum, with a range of benefits including pension, company car, fuel card, sick pay, on-site parking, free parking, and 25 days annual leave.
